Stay healthy

               Health maintenance very important thing, the healthy maintenance it's meaning your life. The high cholesterol is problem suffering from the high cholesterol. I have steps to stay normal level's cholestrol. The first thing, I will change my food's system, I will not eat food high cholesterol, eat fruits, and eat vegetables. The second thing, I will do exercise every day, like walking, swimming, and Sweden exercise. The last thing I will try to eat meat and any food, but stay healthy, like go to doctors every month, don't eat more food high cholesterol, and do exercise one time every 3 days that's good. In conclusion, if I have high cholesterol, I will try to lower cholesterol to stay normal, then I will go back to eat anything, because some food has high cholesterol,but it has a lot of benefits about something else, any food you will eat it to much it will make you disease, so should you eat anything has some benefits but don't eat to much, and do exercise. That is will make you healthy always.

Improve the healthy care 

                 The healthy care is very important thing in the world because it save the people from the disease. I have many suggestions to improve the healthy care. The first thing is the doctors and nurses these are important in the healthy care because they will work in healthy care, and if we don't have doctors and nurses we can't have good healthy care. The second thing the place. Should we have big building, orderly, and clean in each city because we have a lot of people have a disease, where we care all the people, and should we have worker cleaning the building every day. Also kitchen inside the building cooking healthy food for the people. The last thing also very important these are medical devices because that will help the doctors and nurses. Also some spot inside the body doctors can't see it without medical devices, and the doctors can't do surgery without medical devices. I think all that I said without them we can't improve healthy care.

My travel to America 

                 A lot of people want to travel any country, but the problem it is jet leg. Many people have traveld to any far country have matter with jet leg, like me. I came here in America befor almost three months by plane, travel's period was 27 hours, when I came here I'm very tired because the distance it was very long inside the plane, and I didn't eat good. Then, when I found apartment I want sleep, but I can't because My biological clock started to change, and the time defrent between my country and America. After tow week my biological clock changed, because I can sleep any time I want, and wake up early to go AECP. The first week,and second week, I was every day sleep early, and I was can't control by my self, when come nine o'clock, I went to sleep direct. That was very hard thing you can just go to AECP, then do home work, and sleep.

The defrent life between the earth and biosphere 

                        Anywhere the life is hard, but my life in biosphere on Mars is deferent. In the earth have every thing like Farms, universities, seas, restaurants, schools, oceans, islands, houses, and other things. Also you can in the earth buy water, food, and any thing else. In the earth has problems like, wars, if you don't have money that also problem, and other problems. In my life in biosphere on Mars we don't have any thing like the earth, we have just one building that is we live inside it, so we try to do reuse the water because we don't have enough water and we don't have some place to buy the water. The better thing we don't have wars, our place very safety, that important thing to live good life, but we have some problem, the oxygen less level that is big problem. We live natural life we cock food, talking together, laughing, and sleep. I like my life because we don't have Internet, vedieo games, and TV we live natural life that that is better life. We try to implants some fruit, vegetables, and some trees because that's good for produce the oxygen and give us appearance, but I think very hard to do that because we don't have enough water to do that, and the plants need carbon dioxide because the plants takes carbon dioxide and produce the oxygen. Actually the life is hard anywhere but, all people try to do the best thing to live better life.

                My topic talking about fire at a petrol station in Ghana. It happened in Ghana's capital, Accra. The waters caused the diesel and petrol to flow away from the gas station, and fire from a nearby house led to the explosion. The fire on Wednesday night started as people in the city were tring to cope with two days of heavy rain, which has left many homeless and whithout power. I took this news from BBC.
